The aim of iTimeSheet is to give you a simple way to record you daily tasks. That's why the user interface is important and that's why we worked to offer you the best.

As you might work for the same client/mission/task everyday you can set the default values so that you only have to select your task or add a comment and indicate the time spent.

Fully customizable

iTimeSheet is used is used by different kind of customers: consultants, lawyers, indepedents but also electricians, plumbers. Why are such different people using the same software ? beacause iTimeSheet let you choose the way you want to track your time and doesn't force you to use one model.

You can chose the folloto display (or not) the following informations : Duration, Pause time, Start and Stop hours.

• You only need to track an amount of hours and you don't need the start and stop information ? You can chose to only show the duration.
• You need to track precisely the start and stop hours of each job (for pricing purposes) ? You can chose to display the start and stop cells.
• You only track chargeable informations ? You can hide the chargeable cell.
• You work on one task per day in the start and stop mode, you can chose to show the pause time cell that will let you substract your lunch break from the total time.

Portable exports

Because analysis and reports can't be done on the screen of an iPhone, beacuse sometimes you need to cross reports with other informations, exports is a must have. iTimeSheet allows you to export your data in the most common format : Excel.

As you don't always have a PC or a Mac with iTunes near you iTimeSheet let you send your exported data by email and as iPhone has Wireless connection everywhere (3G,GPRS or Wifi) you can transfer exports anytime, anywhere.

Analytics built-in

iTimeSheet is the first task management application to offer you analytics directly calculated from your iPhone. You can pick a time interval and get complete charts of your time spent for all your clients, a precise client or project in that interval.

You can also start focusing on all your clients and then by clicking on one client, you have a view on the statistics of all the projects for that one client. The same way, clicking on one project will give you the full chart of the tasks for that project.

Powerful search

Need an information quickly ? Don't know when it was ?

iTimeSheet offers a simple but so powerful search through all your contents :

• Client name
• Project name
• Task name
• Description

The events are displayed sorted by date with every information needed to pick your informations.

FTP Backups

Because your data have an important value, you need to be able to backup them. With iTimeSheet you can backup your whole entire database to a third party FTP server.

That way you will be able to put your data in a safe place where you can get them back if you need to recover a backup.

You can also use that mecanism to create a template that all the employees can get when they enter your company. That template could include all the clients and project informations. This will avoid the painful hours of copying informations to an empty iPhone.

What you need to do is to enter the FTP Server informations (adress, username and password), set a name of your backup (your ID, your name) and then Browse to the place you want to backup your file. Each time you want to backup your database, just press "Backup".

Recovering a database is even easier. Browse your FTP Server (you will only see iTimeSheet files) and pickup the backup you want to use. On each backup you can see the last modification date and the size of the file.
